For My Hubby

I dedicate these 2 videos to my husband who has officially been on his new insulin infusion pump for approximately 72 hours. What this new pump means for him, is that he no longer has to take a shot for every single thing he eats, and he has a steady flow of insulin which simulates what our pancreas normally do. It's a HUGE deal for our family.

the tv watching a special
that PBS is doing called
No Direction Home: Bob Dylan
directed by Martin Scorcese.

August 12 of 12

Saturdays are supposed to be a day to
rest, relax, and recoup from the busy week.

Ours was anything but.

It all began at 8:01 AM.

Thought for the day. Hmmm, charming.




Okay so I know one goes to the car, the apt., and the mail box.

Not sure where the rest came from or go to.




He's not too excited about being up this early either,

but he did it out of love (See 1st picture).




Where the heck is everyone? Oh yeah... asleep...




The reason for the early rising? My car.
Leaky hoses? Busted Radiator? We'll see.





We decide to reward our early rising
with some waffles at Marie Calendars.

On to Porto's Bakery Cafe, we went.



So nothing wrong with the car.

No leaky hoses and nothing busted!!!

This was our cheapest auto bill ever.

Only charged us for fixing a tire and putting it back on.

Another reason why we highly recommend Burbank Auto Repair.

So a flower pot has fallen
from our manager's someone's over-crowded balcony.

The pot and dirt are real. The flowers are not.

Seems like we all live next to Cray-Crays.
